Provide a consensus building forum where a coalition of stakeholders “core group” can participate on a regular basis to share resources and act as an information clearinghouse for the business community.

Create a mechanism, such as a report card, to ensure resources are accounted for and properly utilized.

Compile completed studies and determine if further research or resources are required to facilitate a solution for shortfalls in affordable housing, both rental and owner-occupied and under various levels of household income for purchase or rent.

• Conduct a survey of Chamber members to determine their housing needs for business sustainability and current and future employee needs.                   
• Report on short term opportunities for member’s immediate needs.
