The committees under the Greater Miami Chamber’s Leadership Programs Group include Human Resources & Business Education, Leadership Miami and its affiliates (Youth Leadership Miami, Regional Leadership Council) and Senior Executive Orientation. Each committee is responsible for reviewing its program goals, and initiating and implementing new and innovative ideas and current trends. 

The programs serviced by these committees provide today’s leaders with a forum to discuss the issues our community faces and affords businesses the opportunity to cultivate the community’s future leaders and professional workforce.
