GMCC Presents: Employment Law HelpLine by Jackson Lewis LLP

JACKSON LEWIS provides GMCC members and non-members a helpline to call with general questions regarding any workplace, labor and employment issues. These issues are limited to: Labor/Union; Immigration; hiring; discipline; absenteeism/tardiness; employment discrimination; overtime/wage issue; record keeping; personnel policies; family medical leave act; worker’s compensation; disability; sexual harassment; other harassment; employee discipline; employee benefits; drug-testing; background investigations; violence in the workplace; and termination of employment.

JACKSON LEWIS will not provide legal advice to GMCC members or non-members. Users of the helpline will receive a twenty (20) minute consultation, per issue, wherein they can obtain information from Jackson Lewis attorneys regarding specific workplace laws, but not advice regarding resolving a specific legal case(s).
